Phased construction of an 85,000 SF existing building. Phase I was completed in 2013 as a gut renovation of 25,000 SF to reassign program space and upgrade the cafeteria space. Phase II was completed in 2014 as a gut renovation of 3rd & 4th floors to better accommodate the school program. Phase III is currently in pre-development and will be a tenant fit-out of the 1st and 2nd floors to maximize rent credits. All phases included new MEP systems and windows along with drywall, paint and flooring.
