Assistant Development Manager (Acquisition, Pre-Development, Construction)
Acquisition of and subsequent in-place renovation of 482 units over five (5) LIHTC properties including interior common areas & exterior repairs as well. Four (4) of the properties were mainly cosmetic repairs from differed maintenance. One (1) property required more extensive repairs inclusive of an exterior/interior gut renovation of the 160-unit building excluding the MEP systems. Assisted in TOPA process and working with the Tenant Associations during construction and post-development phase.
